Morne Reinders

Morne has more than 19 years’ experience in investor relations, crisis communications and corporate affairs, both on the consulting and corporate side with particular expertise in listed real estate, financial services and Africa ex South Africa.

He has in-depth knowledge and first-hand experience across the entire business communications spectrum including IPOs, dual listings, aggressive take-over bids and defences, crisis communications and work for pan-African multinationals.

Over time he has built sound relationships not only with sector analysts and portfolio managers but also with international proxy advisors such as ISS and Glass Lewis as well as benchmarking and portfolio construct advisors MSCI and Riscura.

Noah Greenhill

Noah holds an MBA from Wits and is a Chartered Marketer. He is the former Senior Manager: Marketing and Business Development at the JSE and is widely credited for being the driving force behind establishing the JSE’s AltX market in the early 2000’s.

Following his tenure at the JSE, Noah accepted the position as head of corporate finance at Sasfin Holdings, providing corporate finance advisory and sponsor services and helping companies build their profile within the investor community.

More recently, Noah was the Chief Executive of Bakgatla Ba Kgafela Investment Holdings, the investment arm for the Bakgatla-Ba-Kgafela (BBK) tribe in the North West province before stepping into the world of consulting.

Noah consults to Articulate Capital Partners on specific Investor Relations and reputational matters.

Sicelo Gift Dlamini

Prior to joining Articulate, Gift worked as a senior consultant at the South African division of an international business communications advisory firm, where he honed his skill set in investor and media relations as well as crisis communications with specific expertise in the listed real estate, automotive, food and industrial sectors.

He is a BCom Economics (Hons) graduate from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) where he graduated with a double major in 2011 and an honours degree in 2012. During his time at the institution, Gift worked as a tutor and practical demonstrator.

Apart from investor relations, Gift’s expertise includes business communication, financial analysis, macro-economic analysis, and business case evaluation.
